sān lún chē

sān lún chē is literally a "three-wheel vehicle". They are also known as "rickshaws".

yào wǔ máo, gěi yī kuài

máo and kuài are measure words for money. Máo translates into "dime" (10 cents). Therefore wǔ máo is 50 cents. Kuài translates as "buck" (one dollar).

nǐ shuō qí guài bù qí guài

This is the positive/negative form of asking questions.
